I'm very particular about who is at my house and what they're doing. I didn't have to worry at all with Richard and his team of painters. They were very professional, respectful, and worked quietly. Richard was extremely knowledgeable of paint options and how the job should be done.
They arrived at the time they said they would be here... and they painted my house like it was their own residence!
I was very impressed with their thoroughness and work ethnic. They started by pressure washing the entire house to remove all the dirt and debris. Then they went around and plugged/sealed all the carpenter bee holes, and ensured any loose boards were hammered back in place. They even removed all the gutter downspouts to paint behind them!
I opted for the Sikkens brand stain - which is kind of pricey... but you get what you pay for. It will last much longer than something cheaper that you can pick up at the big box stores. Richard used an anti-mold and bug defense additive to the paint as well. The product was applied in two coats (as required by Sikkens).
Every attempt was made to ensure a clean work area. Drop clothes were used everywhere, and there was absolutely no trash or cigarette butts to pick up when they left for the day.
In summary, Affordable Painting and Pressure Washing is the only name you need to know when it is time to paint your house (interior or exterior). Richard and his two lead painters (Danny & Dave) will ensure you are 100% satisfied! They have an A rating with the Better Business Bureau and an A++ rating from me!!
